Actual: I have a questions on the affect of combining Adderall and Lisinopril. I recently been prescribed Lisinopril 10mg 1 pill a day because of my high blood pressure. For clarity's sake, Biphetamine was a mixture of amphetamine salts and (for practical purposes) the same as Adderall.

Your description closely parallels my own experience, including some gynecomastia as a side effect of blood pressure meds (Lisinopril is the US brand), so my guess is your story is pretty autobiographical and VERY interesting to me. Story this seems like it might be it. The geography lesson was nice. I think there were 11 countries, 5 states, 4 continents a half dozen languages. If Umberto Eco were mainlining Adderall this is the story he would write. Glibness aside, it was an entertaining read as I tried to figure the details out beforehand.
